Guests app
The Guests app enables users to invite and self-manage external guest accounts in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365, following their company's workflows and policies for secure and compliant invitation, collaboration, and condition-based removal. The app includes the following features:
Features for guest invitation
- Invite different guest types based on predefined templates
- Assign responsibility to the guest's point of contact
- Send invitations to up to 20 guests simultaneously
- Validate required guest information
- Manage resource access permissions
- Include a personal message and send a copy to an additional recipient.
